Marica Marais used to be a compulsive overeater and suffered from overweight for many years and she has been set free for more than 25 years!

Marica has written a book, called Eat HIS Word and she presents seminars countrywide upon request.

The programme includes individual as well as group therapy as well as many relaxation techniques and how to build your self-image.

Duration of the seminars vary according to the client’s specific needs.

Individual clients are also taken in where it is preferred.

Cost is for accommodation and two meals per day. The counselling and training is done on a donation basis.
